Return & Exchange Policy

30-Days Return / Exchange

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, and suitable for resale.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and components must remain attached and/or be included. Returns may be refused if any of these are missing, removed, or damaged.
• For online returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage or return label, unless the item is faulty or otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
• Eligible full-price items may be returned for a refund or exchange within the 30-days period, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the return reaching us. 
• If you cancel under your statutory rights, that 14 days runs from the day we receive the case or your proof of posting, whichever comes first. 
• Proof of purchase is required for all refunds and exchanges.

Sale Items

Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items purchased online or in-store are non-refundable and non-exchangable

Third-Party Branded Products

Items from third-party brands may follow a different return process:

• In some cases, products may require assessment or repair by the brand’s authorized service partner.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping such items for repair or evaluation.

Important Information

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection before being accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if an item does not meet the conditions set out above, subject always to the customer's statutory rights.
