If you wish to return an item, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on any full-price product, provided it is returned in a fully resalable condition. This policy does not apply to sale items—please note that items purchased on sale either online or in-store are non-refundable.

Full-price items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and must include all original brand packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition. We cannot accept returns where tags or accessories have been removed.

Third-party branded products may be subject to a different process. In cases where a repair or assessment is required, these items may need to be sent to the relevant brand’s repair partner. Please note that the cost of sending such items to our repair partner will be the responsibility of the customer.
