Limited Warranty for Baggage Factory™

Thank you for choosing Baggage Factory .This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to suitcases purchased directly from https://baggagefactory.co.uk.

Please note:

  • All other items purchased from our website are covered under a 14-day repair or replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Products purchased from Baggage Factory or Baggage World outlet stores are subject to warranty policies of the respective store.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. If a product or part is found to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, Baggage Factory will repair or replace it at no cost.

For third-party branded products, a different process may apply. In some cases, these items may need to be sent to the brand’s authorized repair partner for assessment or repair. In such cases, shipping the item to the repair center will be the customer’s responsibility.

What Will We Do?

We will either:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
  • Replace the item if it is beyond repair.

Warranty Duration

Unless mentioned otherwise on the product tag, all products come with a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase.

If your item is repaired or replaced, the warranty will continue as either:

  • The time left on your original warranty.
  • A new 365-day warranty starting from the repair or replacement date, whichever lasts longer.

What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage, malfunction, or wear and tear not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship
  • Any damage caused by airline baggage handling or during transit
